I was with the same broadband provider for more than ten years. Every year the price crept up, and every year I let it. Some months the service wasn’t great either. I knew I should shop around, and that there was probably a better deal, or a better bundle for our household, out there. I never looked.
It wasn’t that I didn’t care. Sorting it out meant an evening on comparison sites, working out what all the packages meant, then a long call with a provider. Between work and family, that evening never came. And when a provider rang out of the blue to sell me something, it was always at the wrong moment, so I let it ring.
If that sounds familiar, you’re in good company. Most of us know we should keep an eye on these bills. Very few of us have the time.
Handle My Bills is the service I wished existed: someone on my side who looks at what I’m paying, finds out what’s really available, and then does the tedious part for me. The kind of personal concierge that, until now, only wealthy households could afford.
We’re starting with broadband, and handling it is free. Providers don’t pay us, so the only thing we’re looking for is what’s right for you, and sometimes that’s staying exactly where you are. One of our small team checks every recommendation before you see it.

We take no commission or referral fee from broadband providers, and handling your broadband is free. If you later ask us to look after other bills, like energy or insurance, that’s where we’ll charge, and you’ll agree to it first.

If your current deal is already fair, we’ll say so. Sometimes the best answer is to stay exactly where you are.
